For Individuals Attending One of Our Shoots:

$10 Fundraisers

One $10 sitting per family/household. The $10 portrait is a family portrait and must include a child under the age of 18 years. To qualify for your digital image, you can’t have had a sitting with Jack’n’Jill in the last 6 months. The free digital image can only be chosen at the pre-arranged viewing day by yourself (no friends or relatives), if you fail to attend for whatever reason, you are no longer eligible for the free digital image and a $10 credit will be applied to a future purchase from this shoot. If you are unable to attend the viewing but wish to see your images, a $20 charge applies for the creation of a proof sheet which is emailed to you – this $20 is then credited against any purchase you make.

Please choose your images carefully as no refunds are given on digital images or printed photos.

Private Sittings, Cake Smash Sessions & Maternity & Newborn Portraits

Sittings must be paid for prior to your shoot by credit or debit card, Online Banking or PartPay. No refunds are given for cancellation so please choose your shoot date carefully.

For Organisations:

$10 Family Portraits

10% of Sales - (applies to fundraisers that are not part of any other promotion)

In order to qualify for 10% of sales, your sales need to amount to $2300 (inc GST) or more on the day (excluding PartPay sales).

15% Sales - Valid for shoots held January 2019 to July 2019 if you booked in before 31st March 2019 on this promotion. 15% of sales guaranteed with no minimum sales threshold. Excludes PartPay sales.

Cancellation Policy

Once confirmed, we assign a photographer to your shoot. It is therefore vital that your shoot goes ahead. We request a minimum of 28 families for each shoot to be viable. If you fail to reach 28 families, we reserve the right to cancel at our discretion however we will discuss this with you. A $250 cancellation fee applies to shoots that do not go ahead due to low numbers or other circumstances. If your shoot is being undertaken by one of our travelling photographres, additional travel/accommodation costs may also be applicable if your shoot is cancelled.
